To meet growing customer demand, Duthler Academy has partnered with CM Partners | Contract management, the contract management expert and inventor of the CATS method, developed the company training legal operations. In this training you will learn how to organize the corporate legal function in your own organization. You will be taken into the world of legal operations using the models of CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) and Association of Corporate Counsel, and you will be thoroughly acquainted with the CATS method.
You will then be taken along in building and organizing the corporate legal function using smart contracting. Legal models from contract portfolios and ICT applications are used for this.
