In the company-specific learning environment (also referred to as a tenant) of a company, Duthler Academy has defined a number of general roles that most organisations can achieve in order to effectively organise education and awareness training. We list the roles of the company-specific learning environment:

Admin | Create and assign users Manager. | Has overview and insight into the knowledge building of the company. |
Manager | Create and assign users Roles. | Organises knowledge management in the company-specific learning environment. |
Professional | Create and assign users Teachers. | Responsible for the content of the programs. |
Business process coordinator | Create and assign department employees Roles. | The knowledge management department coordinator who creates employees and operational employees and assigns them to roles. |
Operational employee | Role gives access to training. | The employee has followed the awareness training and needs to develop knowledge to perform certain tasks. |
Employee | Role gives access to awareness training | Role provides access to awareness training aimed at changing behavior or preparing for implementation of changes. |
Data Protection Officer (DPO) | Manager assigns an employee the role of DPO. | Awareness training and development involves the processing of special personal data. The DPO monitors compliance with legal obligations. |
Compliance manager (CO) | Manager assigns an employee the role of CO. | The CO ensures that the effectiveness of the control measures taken is tested. |
Teacher | The Professionals assigns the role of Teachers to an employee. | A company with a license for a company-specific learning environment can itself appoint Teachers to develop courses and training. |
Service desk | Manager assigns the role of service desk to an employee. | A company with a license for a company-specific learning environment can designate its own service desk. |
Sales | Manager assigns the role of sales to an employee. | Include a company developed modules approved by Duthler Academy in its generic programs. |
