Transparency and enforcement of data subjects’ rights
Participants in this module will gain insight into all individual duties, in the interest of demonstrably being able to demonstrate that the responsible person has fulfilled these duties in a timely, correct and complete manner and how he organizes this. This concerns measures, procedures and mechanisms to be taken to, for example, allow data subjects to inspect their own personal data within four weeks, as well as the consequences for information systems to be purchased or developed in order to honor the right to data portability. But it also concerns all other correct compliance established by compliance audits. Consider, for example, recording compliance using continuous audit tools in order to be able to demonstrate from evidence that the controller complies with the laws and has therefore taken responsibility.

Obligations associated with this part
To fulfill the obligations under this section, you must:
- Make a diagnostic test, in preparation for the subject matter to be followed;
- Take a diagnostic test after the self-study, which must be completed with a pass. This is a condition for participation in the workshop;
- To be present during the workshop;
- A final exam with a passing mark.
Study load
The self-study takes about 16 hours, the workshop takes about 4 hours and the final exam takes about 2 hours.
