The GDPR in an international perspective: transfer to third countries

This module is part of course A3, ‘The Avg in an international perspective’. This module, which has been drawn up together with First Lawyers, will focus on the globalization of data processing. The module has at least three objectives. In the first place, your knowledge of the European preconditions that apply to international data exchange will be increased. Second, you will be introduced to the risks of globalization. We will zoom in on four privacy regimes, namely: US, Japan, India and Australia. In the last place, you will look for solutions to the aforementioned risks of globalization.
