Setting up an appointment complex
Organizing and managing lifecycle data protection management and / or other forms of privacy by design and privacy by default requires solid formal legal anchoring. As a result of the shift in management paradigm, appointment complexes need to be redesigned, elaborated and embedded in technology. We consider both the perspective of the controller and the perspective of the data subject.
Management therefore relates to the management of the lifecycle of the credentials. As it usually goes, there are “sunny days” and “rainy days”. If the credentials of the data subjects and the controller agree, the processing can take place without any problems. However, in the event of discrepancies and conflicts, escalation will have to be made to a third party or the procedure to the supervisor or court will be chosen. Participants in this module gain insight into the background and the elaboration in a practical arrangement system.

Obligations associated with this part
To fulfill the obligations under this section, you must:
- Make a diagnostic test, in preparation for the subject matter to be followed;
- Take a diagnostic test after the self-study, which must be completed with a pass. This is a condition for participation in the workshop;
- To be present during the workshop;
- A final exam with a passing mark.
Study load
The self-study takes about 16 hours, the workshop takes about 4 hours and the final exam takes about 2 hours.
