Lifecycle data protection management

The LIBE committee has proposed to include the obligation of lifecycle data protection management in the European GDPR. This obligation is not included in the final text. From the structure of the GDPR, the principle has in fact remained intact. What is meant by such a model? What are the starting points and the architectures? How has this been worked out in models for Attribute Based Credentials and which agreement complexes are the basis for this. This module discusses what is meant by such a model.

Teacher: André Biesheuvel

Start: May 10, 2023
