This course works towards a privacy governance and compliance solution for companies and institutions.

Which has been elaborated in a methodology, perhaps rather a code of conduct, with which, by means of adequate administration and documentation, including proof of effective operation, any controller who adheres to that code of conduct Accountabilitycan demonstrate, with that Has become auditableand on the basis of which he can be accountable to society, including those involved, supervisors such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority and many others.

  • Articles 40 and 41 GDPR Basic certification method
  • Smart compliance and Declaration of Accountability (DoA)

Workshop

After registration you will have direct access to the training (module) in the training portal of Duthler Academy. Here you can also register for a workshop of your choice.

(Online) Start:

The self-study takes about 16 hours, the workshop takes about 4 hours and the final exam takes about 2 hours.
